IT Support Specialist

As IT Support Specialist in TinyEYE, you are a keen problem-solver who enjoys helping others resolve technical issues. You are a self-learner who enjoys learning new technologies. Here in IT department, our goal is to maximize efficiency of our colleagues through the use of technology and provide the best technical support for our customers. This means we split our time between providing top-notch end-user support and developing smart solutions aimed at simplifying complicated day-to-day tasks.

IT Support Specialist Role

  • Provide exceptional support to both internal and external users
  • Be a strong technical voice within the organization by providing training for colleagues and developing self-service resources wherever possible.
  • Perform root cause analysis for technical issues and present the results to customers in technical meetings.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Use the ticketing system to monitor, respond and resolve user requests and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Develops change management solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Follow technology trends practices to make sure our IT infrastructure is aligned with Industry best practices.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a IT support specialist.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven technical skills and a customer service focus
  • Knowledge of IT support principals and frameworks
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate initiative
  • Prior experience in CRM implementation is an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack and SQL is considered an asset
