Product Manager Role

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and from conceptualization to retirement.
  • Collaborate and communicate with users, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of the product and developing needs.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, monitor and incorporate industry innovations.
  • Be the high-availability resource for answering questions posed by the Development Team about stories in the backlog on a day-to-day basis.
  • Author and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, product, software requirements documentation, and create a roadmap that aligns to the product strategy.
  • Attend stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and other key meetings for the Agile team.
    Identify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost or other project variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Manage requirements lifecycle across multiple tools and systems.
  • Do in-depth business analysis and investigation on a project-by-project basis.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong data-driven approach and analysis skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Experience with UI/UX design is considered an asset.
