About the role
TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our mission-driven team, serving students in New Mexico. This virtual position gives you the opportunity to support students, educators, and families remotely, making a lasting impact on fine motor, sensory, and functional skills, all from wherever you are.
Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Age range: Elementary to High School
- Format: Virtual (Teletherapy)
What you'll do
- Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, aligned with IEP goals
- Support treatment plans and monitor student progress via TinyEYE's Monarch platform
- Collaborate with supervising OTs, teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
What we're looking for
- Active (or eligible) New Mexico OTA license/certification
- Preferred: School-based or pediatric experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
