In the realm of behavioral health, effective leadership is not just beneficial; it is vital. A recent study, "Transforming through leadership: a qualitative study of successful American Indian Alaska Native behavioral health leaders," sheds light on the unique leadership qualities that have driven success in AIAN communities.
