Are you a first or second-year special educator in Wisconsin? Or perhaps you hold a License with Stipulations? If so, the Wisconsin Special Educator Induction Program is designed just for you! This program, supported by an IDEA Discretionary Grant, aims to provide a comprehensive set of induction activities to help new special educators thrive.
Why is this important? Studies have shown that first-year teachers who participate in a comprehensive set of induction activities are half as likely to leave the field as those who do not. This program is your ticket to a successful and fulfilling career in special education.
