Physical Therapist (Hybrid/Remote)

As a Physical Therapist with TinyEYE, you’ll play a critical role in helping students thrive academically, socially, and physically. Based in Bryant, Arkansas, this is a full-time position that offers the chance to do purpose-driven work in a supportive school environment. The age range is elementary, middle, and junior high.

NOTE: This placement can be offered in a remote or hybrid format. 

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports aligned with school and district requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all sessions and services.

• Required: Active Arkansas Physical Therapist license.
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, advocacy, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to supporting student growth and well-being
