Speech-Language Pathologist (Virtual)

TinyEYE connects Speech-Language Pathologists with students who need them most—children in schools who benefit from speech therapy, delivered through a flexible, remote platform. We equip our therapists with everything they need to succeed and thrive. 

You’ll work as an independent contractor, delivering speech-language therapy to students virtually. Our platform and support system empower you to do your best work from the comfort of your own space. 

Overview:  

• 22.5 hours per week of direct and indirect time
• Most students have mild-moderate needs such as articulation and language goals, but there are a few students with severe challenges (use of AAC devices, high impact ASD.)
• The school uses the "Share the Chair" method which means if a student is absent, another student can "fill their chair" during the time slot. 
• The school has early dismissal on Wednesdays at 1:26pm PST.

• Provide speech therapy services to children from elementary to high.
• Case manage for five students - schedule and attend IEP meetings, contribute to the report, IEP report writing, and send meeting notes.
• Work closely with teachers and caregivers to ensure therapy goals are met.
• Create individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs. 

• Required: Washington State + Washington ESA/educator licenses
• Preferred: National Association membership (ASHA) or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
